As a co-founder of Stoke & Dagger, I helped establish our agency as a leading player in the sports and tech sectors. We've had the pleasure of working with some fantastic brands, including Betfair, British Rowing, British Paralympics, Team GB, Sky, TalkTalk, Acer, NatWest, Tandem Bank, Paddy Power, and Moonpig.

In my role, I have successfully pitched and produced above-the-line campaigns, social campaigns, and content activation that have achieved outstanding results for our clients. I have also built and led both permanent and temporary teams, working closely with clients and production teams to ensure high-end shoots are executed with precision and a passion for delivering exceptional quality.

I oversaw production across a range of areas, including TV advertising, social media, digital content, and event-based content, ensuring that everything we produced was of the highest standard.

Through my leadership and drive, Stoke & Dagger has experienced significant growth, and we are now an established creative company that continues to innovate and push boundaries.

Zenith approached me to provide production support for the launch of their new content offering. I played a key role in setting up the production team within their content arm, overseeing multiple projects with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and results.

Throughout the project, I worked closely with Zenith's team to ensure that all the client's needs were met, including Echofalls, NatWest/RBS, Galbani, and O2. We delivered outstanding work that exceeded their expectations, and I'm proud to have been a part of that success.

Spring Films, a prestigious documentary company with both BAFTA and Oscar awards to their name, approached me to lead the production for their new Yahoo! series, "My Family and Other Recipes". Given their strong broadcast focus, they needed someone with experience in creating content for online publishers and a streamlined production approach.

As the Series Producer, Editor, and Director, I worked closely with the Spring Films team to deliver a compelling series that met their high standards. I brought a wealth of experience to the table, helping to ensure that the production was both efficient and effective. It was a pleasure to work with such a respected company, and I'm proud of the work we accomplished together.

Created, directed and produced TV promos for Cartoon Network for their in-house UK team.

I was responsible for overseeing the digital display proof of concept for Barclays Bank's retail banks. In this role, I managed a talented team of designers, motion designers, and copywriters who created all the video content displayed on Barclays screens.

The project had a budget of £500K, and I worked closely with the team to ensure that every penny was used effectively. I oversaw every aspect of the project, from planning and design to execution and delivery, ensuring that all the work met the highest standards of quality and met the client's expectations.

Being a creative film director based in Hong Kong, I had the privilege of leading a team of 20 promo creatives who produced engaging promos for Star/FOX South East Asia's movie and entertainment channels. Although challenging, I was driven by my passion to create high-quality work that would resonate with the audience and drive engagement.

Apart from overseeing the promo team, I also collaborated with the Ad creative department, where I pitched innovative formats and content to brands and agencies, utilizing the talents of Fox and National Geographic. This enabled me to expand my skill set and work with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to established brands, creating content that was both impactful and memorable.
